All orders placed before 8am are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

Express orders placed before 1 p.m. are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends & public holidays) and delivered the next day before 1 p.m. (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

NB: All express orders placed on Friday after 1 p.m. are therefore dispatched on Monday.

Home delivery against signature

Your package will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days and delivered by hand against signature. In case of absence, a transit advice note is left in the mailbox to choose between a new delivery attempt or a deposit at a collection point.

Track your order

You can track your order on your Alison Ofkem account. Follow-up emails until delivery will also be sent to you.

Fees, customs and taxes

No additional tax is payable for orders placed within the European Union. For the rest of the world and Overseas, taxes may apply depending on customs policies.
